One of the great advantages to visiting Bangkok is the easy access to world-class luxury hotels and restaurants. This duck dish was part of a seven-course, Thai-inspired exercise in gastronomy served at Sra Bua in the luxurious Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok. Expect to pay hundreds of dollars per sitting for world-class gastronomy in any of Toronto, New York, London, or Paris.
