On July 11, 2012, in Berlin I went back to Museumsinsel (Museum Island), this time to the Pergamon Museum. There's an amazing collection of ancient architecture on display. Most of the artifacts weigh tons. This one is from the Roman imperial period. It's a market gate that stood for centuries as the threshold of the Agora in Miletus. It was built around 100AD under emperors Trajan or Hadrian (or possibly a little of each).
